On Saturday, April 12th members of the Marion County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team participated in a training with the Sea Cadets at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. Search and Rescue members hosted field demonstrations of litter packaging and carrying, knot tying, grid searching, and use of land navigation tools including maps, compass, and GPS units.
